Workflows - Condition Objects
Condition objects run a status check based on the condition the object has been programmed to check for.

These objects also execute immediately.

Most condition objects have yes/no outcome options. Some condition objects have more than two outcome options.

Outcomes that are not connected to another object will eject the contact from the workflow unless additional condition objects are checking to see if the contact matches another property.

Contact Field Matches |
This object will check to see if a contact field matches the specified condition. |
|
Matches Segment |
This object requires use of the segment feature, existing outside of the workflow feature. This is simply yes/no, a subscriber is in a segment or not. |

Is on a List |
This object will check if a contact is subscribed to another textword. |
|
Has Previously Opted Out |
This object will check to see is a contact has perviously opted out. |
|
Has Clicked Message |
This object will check if a subscriber has clicked on any smart link within a text message using the Send Message object. |
|
Has Clicked Chat Message |
This object will check if a subscriber has clicked on any smart link within a text message sent using the Send Chat Message object. |

Has Clicked Smart Link |
This object will check if the contact has clicked on a smart link. |
|
Is Entered in a Contest |
This object will check to see if a contact is entered in a Text-To-Win contest. |

Check Survey Status |
This object will check to see if a contact has taken a survey and gives you different outcomes based on their current status: Not started, In Progress, Never Finished, Completed. |

Check Workflow Status |
This object allows you to check and see if a contact has interacted with a specific workflow or any workflow. Outcomes available are Not Started, In Progress, and Finished. Flushing a workflow will ________. |

Is a Loyalty Program Member |
This object will check to see if a contact is a member of a loyalty program. This only works with the SlickText loyalty program you set up on the Marketing Tools page. |

Check Chat Sentiment |
This object uses an AWS sentiment analysis algorithm to determine the sentiment of messages received from the contact. Sentiment will be determined as: positive, negative, neutral, or unknown. |

Contact Counter |
This object allows you to select a single contact or a range or contacts. This could be used for A/B Testing, choosing and notifying winners (and losers) of a contest, or any scenario where you want to split up contacts and send them down different paths. |

Shopify: Check Status of Latest Order |
This object will check the current status of an order within Shopify. |

Shopify: Check Value of Latest Order |
This object will check the value of the contact’s last order, which can then be used to send contacts different messages based on the value of that order. |

Shopify: Check Previous Orders Count |
This object will check how many orders the contact has placed with your Shopify store. |

Check Time |
This object lets you establish different paths based on time of day, or date and time. Conditions available are before, between, and after. |

Check Gorgias Ticket |
Check the status of the ticket: Open, closed, or not found. |

Check Zendesk Ticket |
Check the status of the ticket: Open, on hold, solved, closed, or not found. |

Check Salesforce Field |
This object will check a contact field in Salesforce and whether it matches certain criteria. The results are: Yes, no, or the lead may not be found. |
